Drew Barrymore and Hugh Grant star in this romantic comedy about washed up '80's pop star Alex Fletcher (Grant) and flaky English major Sophie Fisher (Barrymore). Together they team up to write a hit song in the hopes of resurrecting Alex's career. Of course along the way there is love, drama, that woman from 3rd Rock from the Sun, and some pretty fun music.
